How far in advance do you accept reservations?
You can make a reservation on our reservations webpage up to 6 months in advance.

Are you open during the holidays?
We open every day. If we are not booked for a special event/brunch on the 4th floor, we will run specials on the restaurant for the holydays.

Do you have a holiday menu?
If we are not booked for a special brunch/event on the 4th floor, we will run a special menu or dish on the menus webpage.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options? Do you prepare them in separate containers? Do you have a separate gluten-free fryer?
Yes, we have always a vegan item, being a vegan ravioli with tofu, or a different vegan pasta. It comes from a vegan company, as we don’t have a vegan kitchen. In the menu we have vegetarian and gluten free option. We don’t have a gluten free fryer; we just fry that item in a separate pot with oil.

Can you accommodate a group of people in a private room? Will you stay open a bit later for a large group?
We accommodate large groups on the PDR. If the group is larger than 12 people, we give the family style menus to make sure they have a proper speed of service and a great experience. We try to accommodate every reservation, and if we have late tables we will stay open as needed.

I’m coming to celebrate my ____, what special thing can you do for me? (Anniversary, birthday, promotion)
We talk about this on the pre-shift. To make sure we recognize all the special celebrations. We usually send a special dessert on us, or some out of the menu dishes.

Our parking garage is attached to the Hotel Vin building. We also offer Valet parking.
